A lot of empty yakking, I have no patience to wait until some kernel of information appears: can you summarize? Who is the source of the claim? What are their arguments? So far I only came across a video where the nominee sing praises to Islam - it's disgusting, but in itself is not a proof that he is a practicing Muslim.
What's more, even if it's true I don't think it could be sited as legitimate reason to reject the nomination
The guy being interviewed claims that there are witnesses to his conversion who work for CIA. Caroline Glick addresses this story by simply stating that the way Brennan acts, makes no difference if he is an Muslim or a just enamored with Muslims. I think it matters if a guy converted to Islam while being stationed in Saudi Arabia. It's like becoming a Marxist while serving as a diplomat representing U.S. in the USSR.
It is an apt analogy only if one realizes that Islam is not just religion but an ideology. Don't think our government (even in better times) did and does.
